Job Description

The successful Network Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure optimal performance and high availability. This includes configuring and managing network devices, implementing and maintaining network security policies, and working closely with cross-functional IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
  • Configure and manage network devices including Cisco routers, switches, F5 load balancers, and Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Implement and maintain network security policies to safeguard against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support overall infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with cloud networking solutions and SDN technologies such as Cisco ACI.
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and implementing security policies.
  • Proficiency in managing F5 Load Balancers for high availability and traffic distribution.
