Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design and implement complex network infrastructure for our clients. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with customers to understand their networking requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement multi-vendor network infrastructure using Juniper, Aruba, Mist, Cradlepoint, and Cisco technologies.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for network implementations, including change approval processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior engineers to ensure high-quality services and solutions are delivered to customers.
  • Lead and assist in defining the strategic direction for complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Manage project deliverables, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Perform advanced analysis on complex incidents, escalating issues as necessary to internal organizations and clients.
  • Support fourth-level operations as part of our Incident and Problem Management Process.
  • Develop processes for other engineers to follow, enabling them to successfully deliver solutions.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels related to VZ Product portfolio areas.
  • Technical knowledge and experience to Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE level with focus on WAN, LAN, WLAN.
  • Experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and Aruba WLAN is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Mist dashboard and WLAN is also highly beneficial.
  • Technical knowledge and experience to Cisco CCNP or CCIE level on WAN & LAN beneficial.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
