Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Business Development: Expand our client base across industries and develop new revenue streams.
  • Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence.
  • Financial Management: Oversee profit and loss, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable financial performance.
  • Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners and stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting and upholding governance standards.
  • Innovation: Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in customer experience, BPO, or related industries.
  • Strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in financial management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
