Job Opportunity

 

Location Credit Manager in a rapidly expanding business unit, responsible for leading a team of Cluster Credit Executives and overseeing the performance of multiple districts.

 

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Marketing and Recovery Teams across the region. A deep understanding of sales dynamics and portfolio behavior is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing dealer and manufacturer relationships through strategic partnerships and negotiations.
  • Analyzing and optimizing portfolio quality, identifying and addressing potential finance issues.
  • Building and maintaining key customer relationships, particularly with large business groups.
  • Providing guidance and motivation to the team to drive sales growth and quality improvement.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance portfolio performance, leveraging insights from data analysis.

 

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in tractor/CV/CE/car (asset-based) financing, preferably with a reputable organization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Graduate/postgraduate degree, preferably CA/MBA/BCOM.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high standards in sales and quality.
