As a Voice Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of voice interactions for our customers.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and automate comprehensive test scenarios to ensure defect-free user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test plans, test data requirements, and test strategies.
  • Participate in User Story / Backlog Refinement sessions to review and provide feedback on requirements and technical designs.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing, identifying and documenting defects and customer experience concerns.
  • Manage test artifacts and approval processes to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including test planning, case development, and defect tracking.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools, such as Hammer On Demand, Hammer Call Master, Selenium WebDriver, and Playwright.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of software applications within the healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Familiarity with text-to-speech, speech-to-text technologies.
  • Experience working in SAFe / Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of Rally for project and test management.
  • Background in writing and executing IVR test cases.
