Job Title: Voice AI Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced voice AI specialist to lead the development of innovative voice solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and optimizing voice models for enterprise-class voice applications.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning, particularly in speech/audio processing, and relevant toolkits such as Librosa, ESPnet, or Kaldi.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and fine-tuning deep learning models for voice synthesis, implementing and optimizing neural network architectures, collecting and preprocessing speech datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate voice models into production systems.

Key responsibilities also include managing large-scale datasets for voice cloning projects, ensuring high performance and reliability while supporting multilingual transcriptions.

Required Skills
  • Strong background in machine learning, particularly in speech/audio processing
  • Experience with Python and machine learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with voice model architectures, TTS, ASR, and vocoders

Bonus points for experience with cloud-based AI/ML infrastructure, open-source projects, or published papers in speech/voice-related domains.
