About the Role:

This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls from US-based clients. You will be responsible for resolving queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US-based clients with professionalism and courtesy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in any field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in US voice process/customer support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software.
