Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize store performance to meet sales, profitability, and customer service goals.
  • Develop and coach a team of sales associates and department leaders.
  • Evaluate and improve inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Analyze store KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 46 years of relevant experience in sports retail or fashion/apparel retail, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage store KPIs.
