Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to lead our operational and financial functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, inventory management, and P&L analysis.

Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory turnover.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate predictions and informed decision-making.
  • Leverage technology to streamline operations, automate tasks, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in business operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in e-commerce, D2C, or rental-based businesses.
  • Exposure to tech-led automation or process improvement in supply chain management.
