Job Title: Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Your primary objective will be to own end-to-end program management for specific business areas, working closely with project teams to ensure effective product placement and presentation in stores.

You will also play a critical role in simplifying business strategies, training project teams, and driving operational rigor within your area of responsibility. To achieve this, you will leverage metrics and collaborate with a large cross-functional team to deliver best business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and execution
  • Simplifying complex business processes and developing training programs for project teams
  • Driving operational rigor and leveraging metrics to measure performance

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • MBA degree or equivalent experience in retail operations
  • Advanced project management skills and ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical reasoning abilities
  • Structure problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement tools and techniques
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and guide others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to story tell using data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications
