Job Description

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Transition Management Office professional for its global team of high-performing transition experts.

As a key member of the Transition Centre of Excellence, you will support end-to-end transition solutions, collaborating with Transition Managers to customize and ‘fit for purpose’ transition solutions and sizing for various RFPs.

You will also assist in creating week-on-week transition ramp-up plans, providing complete inputs for transition budgets based on our cost and effort models.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the IT industry with a minimum of 1 year of transition experience. A strong educational background, including an MBA, is required. Scrum/Agile/PMP/ITIL/Six Sigma certification is a plus.

A successful Transition Management Office professional will possess excellent project management skills, a logical mindset, and the ability to learn quickly. They must be proficient in Office Suits (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams) and demonstrate effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

  • Support Transition Managers in managing, performing, and executing transition programs
  • Monitor progress against transition schedules, timelines, and milestones
  • Take minutes for transition cadence meetings
  • Identify, monitor, and manage risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register
  • Ensure Critical Milestones and deliverables are identified and completed on time
  • Work with cross-functional teams for program/tower execution

This role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to develop amicable working relationships with teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry
