  • Identify and rectify anomalies in data, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.">
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliver results-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.">
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional).">
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.">
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.">
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.">
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
