End-to-End Transition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically in transition management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Transition Project Management:
  • Lead multiple transition projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Maintain close communication with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Establish robust governance structures, track progress, and transparently report status to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Project Management Experience:
  • At least 16 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on non-financial functions (majority), application, and infrastructure delivery and migration.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • PMP certification is required.
