Job Opportunity: End-to-End Testing Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned testing professional to lead our end-to-end testing activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing testing efforts to ensure functional accuracy, performance, compliance, and seamless integration of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate system functionality and identify defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide timely and accurate progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key results and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in exchange mock trading and market simulation activities to ensure system readiness and compliance.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in software testing, preferably in the BFSI domain, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
  • Direct experience in equity cash and/or derivatives exchange systems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with trading life cycles, order matching engines, market data dissemination, and post-trade processes.
Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:

  • B.Tech/B.E., MCA, or M.Sc. in IT with good academic records.
  • At least one testing certification from a reputable institute.
