Supply Chain Professional

To lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain functions, with a focus on efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan production schedules in alignment with material availability, minimizing downtime, and collaborate with production and sales teams for demand forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Procure raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables in a timely manner, coordinate with suppliers to track purchase orders and quality compliance.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, monitor stock aging and initiate disposal or consumption plans.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure On-Time-In-Full deliveries, manage warehouse operations and storage safety.
  • Optimize logistics, inventory carrying, and procurement costs through process improvements and lean methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, conduct regular training and audits to uphold safety standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, define clear roles and responsibilities, foster collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce (MBA or Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management preferred).
  • Minimum 12-20 years of relevant experience in supply chain or operations management in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, logistics, and warehousing practices.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred industry background: Flexible Packaging, FMCG, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, or Automotive components.
