Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Specialist to provide exceptional support for product delivery, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for delivering products to our customers on time and in excellent condition
  • Performing quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with our logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Delivery:
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers
  • Verify the accuracy and integrity of products before delivery
Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our standards
  • Identify and report any defects or discrepancies
Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and effective communication
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of logistics software and systems
  • Experience with inventory management and control
  • Fluent written and spoken English
