Job Title: Research and Documentation Associate

Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent documentation skills?

The role of Research and Documentation Associate is to support technical experts in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from the field. This position emphasizes accurate documentation, visual mapping, and knowledge product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in participating in and supporting field visits, surveys, meetings, and consultations.
  • Accurately record stakeholder findings and present them in suitable technical formats (maps, visualisations).
  • Support the development and drafting of value chain strategies and final reports, including supplementing deliverables with relevant visuals and photographs.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of the value chain development process.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's/Diploma in Environmental Science, Forestry, NRM, or Business.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
  • 4 years of professional experience in sustainability, natural resources management, and communication; 2 years of experience in value chain promotion.

  • Strong communication and organisation abilities.
  • Fieldwork readiness and stakeholder engagement capacity.
