Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled research innovation expert to spearhead our R&D initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product design based on technical guidelines, providing technical support to the production and quality teams.

  • Product Design: Perform in-depth design calculations, simulations, and analysis based on design principles to create innovative products that meet market demands.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimization.
  • R&D Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of technical aspects of R&D, including research methodologies, product development processes, and relevant technologies.
  • Project Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to validation, ensuring products meet quality standards and market requirements.
  • Cost Reduction: Hands-on experience in cost reduction projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Design Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation as per new product development and release procedure.
  • Automotive Expertise: Understand automotive mindset and cater to automotive design and development methods.
  • Quality Support: Responsible for characterization and approval of new material approvals and supporting operations for handling quality issues related to raw materials.
  • Change Management: Adhere to change management process as defined by TDK guidelines.
  • Customer Requirements: Address customer requirements from automotive requirements and find new/alternate material supplier development.
  • Audit Support: Handling of UL, VDE, CQC, BIS, IATF audits and its requirements.
  • Quality Tools: Experience with PPAP documentation, responsible for RCA with head of quality tools DFMEA.
