Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Retail Operations team at FRI FIL India Business and Research Services Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of customer instructions and providing excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities



  • Process customer instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service standards.
  • Monitor and control service standards to ensure excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with Fidelity's products and businesses, as well as internal and external client needs.
  • Develop an understanding of AML regulations, PEP & Sanctions, and knowledge of trusts, partnerships, and corporate structures.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations and research to identify potential risks and drive forward ideas to mitigate these risks.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling client-sensitive information.
  • Record data accurately and effectively understand MI to improve performance.
