Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for conversion rate improvement.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
