Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing expertise to lead growth across online and offline channels. Youll design and execute campaigns that directly impact patient inflow, brand awareness, and hospital revenue.

Who Should Apply

- Tier-1 College Background (IIT/NIT/IIM/IIFT/XLRI or equivalent)

- 36 years experience in digital marketing / performance marketing (healthcare or consumer-facing startups preferred)

- Strong inclination to work in fast-paced startups

- Exposure to healthcare marketing is a big plus

- Hands-on with digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GMB, Analytics, CRM, automation tools)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end digital marketing performance, social media, SEO, and GMB optimization

- Create and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp

- Drive offline marketing initiatives hospital branding, doctor referrals, community campaigns, events

- Build and monitor marketing dashboards for leads, conversion funnels, ROI tracking

- Collaborate with Founders & Ops teams to design innovative healthcare campaigns

- Manage agencies/freelancers where required, but remain hands-on with execution
