Marketing Operations and Pre-Media Specialist Role

You will be part of our Health Sciences India Marketing team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive marketing operations and pre-media initiatives.

The role is critical to the daily operations of the Marketing team and supporting all business promotional needs for the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop marketing materials such as product brochures, price lists, product catalogues, institutional branding, and events collateral.
  • Ensure global brand guideline adherence through quality control and proofing of content before production.
  • Support internal teams across HS India and APAC regions in branding and development of promotional materials for in-house events.
  • Manage vendor relationships for marketing print, courier, design, and events, working with Compliance and global Procurement teams to negotiate prices.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment processing, interfacing with customers and payment teams.
  • Manage marketing databases for Indian Healthcare hospitals, colleges, faculties, and students across medicine.
  • Work with database and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of courier services and operational execution at institutes, events, and medical conferences.
Requirements:
  • Education: A master's degree in graphic designing, multi-media, printing technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in pre-press, digital agencies, or a related role in global MNCs.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Technology: Familiarity with AI tools, collaboration tools, smart workflow management software, and video creation capabilities.
