We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care:
    • Assess patients' conditions and vital signs by performing thorough medical examinations, including checking for any abnormal readings or changes in symptoms.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout their stay with us.
    • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications as prescribed by physicians, dressing wounds, and assisting with mobility to prevent complications.
  • Medical Procedures:
    • Assist in medical examinations and procedures, such as inserting IV lines, catheterization, and other required treatments under the guidance of experienced medical professionals.
    • Perform procedures safely and efficiently, minimizing risk to patients and adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitoring and Documentation:
    • Monitor and record patient progress, symptoms, and changes in condition regularly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records that reflect their current status and treatment plan.
    • Report critical changes to physicians and senior nursing staff promptly, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective care coordination, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education:
      • A diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, with a focus on clinical knowledge and practical skills.
    • Experience:
      • 0-5 years of experience, with consideration given to fresh graduates who demonstrate potential and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
    • Skills Required:
      • Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills, enabling you to make informed decisions and take charge of your work with confidence.
      • Compassionate and patient-centered approach, fostering trust and empathy in your relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
    • Safety & Compliance:
      • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, hygiene, and infection control protocols, prioritizing patient safety and well-being above all else.
