We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Renewable Energy Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and compliant proposals for residential and commercial solar projects.
- Develop customized proposals for solar and battery systems.
- Perform system sizing and load calculations based on client requirements and site data.
- Use industry-standard tools to simulate system performance and optimize configurations.
- Ensure all proposals meet Australian solar compliance standards and technical guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to refine designs and respond to client feedback.
- Maintain organized documentation and version control of all proposals and design files.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of solar PV systems, battery storage, and hybrid configurations.
• Utilize design and simulation tools such as Excel, PVSyst, and Helioscope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years' experience in renewable energy proposal/design.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and hybrid configurations.
- Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as Excel, PVSyst, and Helioscope.
- Familiarity with Australian or international solar compliance standards.
- Ability to interpret electrical load profiles and design systems accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
