Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end development of Court Click's mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge features and deliver exceptional user experiences across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Optimize mobile applications for seamless responsiveness and integrate APIs and third-party services effectively.
  • Manage code reviews, version control, and documentation to maintain high-quality coding standards.
  • Identify and resolve application bugs and performance issues promptly.
  • Mentor junior developers and build a strong mobile development team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter.
  • Proven track record of publishing high-quality mobile apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Deep understanding of Flutter, Dart, and state management libraries like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
  • Familiarity with mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
