About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic development team at Geojit Technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Implement state management solutions using Bloc, Cubit, and GetX to ensure seamless application performance.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Dart, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Optimize applications for maximum scalability and performance, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Debug and resolve complex issues related to application performance, usability, and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile development and suggest innovative solutions, driving business growth.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of professional experience in mobile application development using Flutter.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart programming language, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
  • In-depth knowledge of state management tools like Bloc, Cubit, and GetX, with expertise in implementing robust solutions.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile applications, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, with a strong understanding of collaborative development workflows.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, streamlining development processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and deploying applications on both iOS and Android platforms, with a strong understanding of platform-specific nuances.
  • Knowledge of Firebase, including Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Functions, with experience in leveraging these services to build scalable applications.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, with a strong understanding of their usage and integration.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience in applying these principles to drive project success.
