Job Title: Principal Memory Designer - SRAM Architecture

Description:

We are seeking an experienced memory design professional to lead our team in the development of custom memory architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full custom memory design, with expertise in characterization, layout design, net-lister creation, and verification at the compiler level.

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring timely project execution, developing and publishing a design quality plan, and managing risks associated with complex memory designs.

A good understanding of different memory architectures is essential, including SRAM leaf cell GDS design from scratch to top-level integration. Expertise in memory layout design for advanced nodes (TSMC: 7nm/5nm/3nm) is required, as well as familiarity with physical verification flow debugging and good layout practices in lower process nodes like 7nm and 5nm.

Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso layout editor, Caliber Physical Verification Flow, Synopsys Custom Compiler, and FinFET architecture is also expected. Additionally, experience with address process-dependent effects, yield enhancement, and manufacturing robustness is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating detailed and optimized physical layouts for memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits using tools like Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler
