Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Memory Compiler Developer to spearhead our memory compilers and Fast Cache instances for next-generation Cores.

This role involves designing and developing cutting-edge digital circuits for memory blocks, with a focus on outstanding PPA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing memory compilers and Fast Cache instances for next-generation Cores
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance digital circuits
  • Performing simulations and verification to ensure functionality and optimize for power, performance, area, timing, and yield
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of computer architecture and concepts
  • Good knowledge of SRAM architecture, Critical Path Modelling, Full Cut Analysis, and Monte Carlo Simulations
  • Strong expertise in physical implementation impact on circuit performance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Prior experience in leading small teams of designers and having excellent interpersonal skills is essential.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SRAM/memory design Margin, Char, and related quality checks
  • Experience with Circuit Simulation and Optimization of standard cells
Nice To Have Skills and Experience
  • Some experience working on Cadence or Synopsys flows
