Technical Scrum Master (Monday.com)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile delivery, Azure DevOps governance, and Monday.com platform management. This hybrid role blends Scrum Master responsibilities with technical product ownership. The individual will lead sprint delivery, govern Azure DevOps, and ensure ongoing sustainment of Monday.com, including integrations, custom boards, and automations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Maintain and track sprint artifacts, velocity metrics, and backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Approve/manage Azure DevOps access, maintain security, compliance, and role governance.
  • Oversee sustainment and enhancement of Monday.com platform integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and work closely with developers.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles).
  • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to manage priorities and expectations.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in Agile practices, platform governance, and delivery efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com, Azure DevOps, integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Experience in application sustainment, platform support, and working in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
