Community Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our outreach team.

The role involves engaging with student communities, universities, partners, and developers to strengthen our presence and build meaningful collaborations.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in community building, stakeholder engagement, and partnership outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research Partnerships: Identify potential partners, universities, communities, and influencers aligned with our mission.
  • Establish Relationships: Reach out via email and other platforms to establish and nurture relationships.
  • Support the Partnerships Team: Assist in managing outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate Internal Teams: Align outreach activities with ongoing events/programs.
  • Maintain Outreach Database: Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and partnerships.
  • Draft Outreach Content: Assist in drafting outreach content such as pitches, proposals, and emails.
  • Contribute Ideas: Actively contribute ideas to improve engagement and visibility of our initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pasison for Technology: Have a passion for technology, communities, and innovation programs.
  • Networking Ability: Ability to research, network, and build meaningful connections.
  • MS Office/Google Workspace Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-Driven and Organized: Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn.
