Job Title: Bonding Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Bonding Specialists to drive sales growth in our wedding services division.

As a Bonding Specialist, your primary objective will be to develop strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and Proposal Development: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Develop customized proposals and quotations in collaboration with expert wedding planners based on clients' needs and budget considerations.
  • Sales Promotion and Booking: Promote our high-end wedding services in a compelling and persuasive manner to showcase their unique value proposition. Secure bookings for wedding services against a pre-decided token amount for booking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Coordinate with internal teams, including event planners, vendors, and support staff, to ensure seamless execution of client events. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.
  • Industry Knowledge and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients throughout the wedding planning process to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to handle clients with confidence.
  • Sales Aptitude: A flair for sales and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of wedding services, trends, and vendors to effectively advise and guide clients.
