About the Position:

We're seeking a seasoned program leadership professional to spearhead multiple high-impact initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for devising and executing go-to-market strategies, fostering scalable growth, and ensuring seamless program execution.

  • Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing projects.>
  • Define customer personas, market segmentation, and positioning strategies.>
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategic alignment.>
  • Oversee end-to-end program execution, guaranteeing timely delivery and high quality standards.>
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, and Operations teams.>
  • Drive effective stakeholder engagement and project goal alignment.>
  • Supervise creation, updates, and management of website content and structure.>
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and user-friendliness.>
  • Plan and execute impactful webinars and events to boost awareness and conversions.>

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • >
  • 2–3 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Strategy, or Program Management roles (EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups preferred).>
  • Proven program and stakeholder management expertise with a track record of delivering outcomes.>
  • Experience in website management and ensuring quality through checks/reviews.>
  • Exposure to building go-to-market plans, growth models, and product marketing strategies.>
  • Hands-on experience in planning/executing webinars/events is an advantage.>
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.>
  • High ownership, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.>
