Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Direction & Strategy: Lead the overall AI program roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital transformation goals. Oversee multiple AI use cases from ideation to production, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Define governance structures, operating models, and escalation processes for the AI program. Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across business functions.
  • Business Analysis & Solution Development: Partner with senior stakeholders to capture strategic objectives, pain points, and AI-driven opportunities. Conduct process mapping and define functional requirements for AI agents, decision rules, and integration points. Collaborate with architects and data scientists to design scalable, compliant, and value-focused AI workflows.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors. Lead stakeholder workshops, steering committees, and executive updates. Develop adoption strategies, training plans, and communication campaigns for AI solutions.
  • Value Realization & Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs and success metrics for the AI program (automation %, decision accuracy, SLA improvements, ROI). Monitor post-deployment performance, identify optimization opportunities, and oversee continuous learning for AI agents. Ensure the program meets business impact targets and regulatory compliance requirements.
