Job Title: Software Development Program Director

  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge and experience in EC payroll.
  • Multi-country payroll expertise and experience.
  • Influencing and advisory skills.
  • Ability to engage with multiple teams and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience in managing large and complex technology projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
