Software Development Director

As a Product Development Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products.
Our team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing end-to-end services for our DEX web solution, across Cloud (Azure Kubernetes) and On-Prem (Windows IIS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team to drive product development and innovation.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align the team's product roadmap.
- Review and prioritize product backlog items to ensure they are well understood and aligned with business objectives.
- Work with the Product Owner/Product Manager to finalize the Sprint Backlog for each Sprint.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all stakeholders to prevent disruptions to the team members.
- Own all parts of the service lifecycle, including design, development, documentation, testing, tracking, and operations.
- Continuously improve the product delivery process.
- Deliver high-quality software that meets the highest standards of usability, stability, performance, and security.
- Ensure the quality of the product delivered by the team, as well as their overall effectiveness.
- Utilize technical best practices to inspire and guide the team, ensuring their solutions can be easily adopted by other teams.
- Focus on the personal and professional development of team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Provide guidance on technical, process, or method-related questions to the team, promoting a culture of open feedback and communication.
