Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for a Human Resources Operations Manager to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of HRO services. This role requires strong expertise in global HR processes (Global benefits, invoicing, Total rewards, Global wellbeing) and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing medium teams, delivering exceptional client and stakeholder satisfaction, and maintaining strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ resources, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional development.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and drive accountability across the team to meet operational goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Service Delivery and Operations Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services across key HRO domains such as Global Benefits, Total Rewards, Invoice Processing, Wellbeing Benefits, and Global Mobility.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics, driving operational excellence and accuracy.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize and manage HRO systems like Workday, Darwin, and ServiceNow to streamline operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and functionalities in HRO technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for service delivery and team development.
  • Drive initiatives to expand service offerings and align them with organizational goals.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25-30 lakhs per annum, considering the location and job requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HRO services, with at least 5+ years in a team manager role.
  • Proficiency in Workday, Darwin, ServiceNow, and other relevant platforms.
  • Native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional skills in client and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to handle complex relationships and escalations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams, with a focus on performance management and team growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
