Job Description:

As a Tech Support Specialist, you will provide top-notch support to global clients via calls, chat, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via various communication channels
