Job Title: Tech Support Lead

The role of a Technical Account Manager is to serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze support tickets to directly contribute to achieving SLA and customer satisfaction goals
  • Act as an advocate for customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in products and services offered
  • Provide proactive solutions based on data analysis and ticket trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise-level software and customers
  • Proven exceptional judgment and skills in managing and maintaining strong customer relationships
