Production Planner and Operations Coordinator

This role is for a Production Planning and Control professional to manage the manufacturing process in a company specializing in jackets and bags. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, and control, ensuring that all operations are efficient and meet demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine production schedules, quantities, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
  • Plan and procure raw materials, components, and supplies to meet production needs.
  • Ensure production capacity meets demand through effective capacity planning.
  • Create detailed production schedules and timelines to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action to maintain productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a jacket and bag manufacturing company with a focus on production planning and control.
  • Knowledge of Production Planning and Control strategies and techniques, including MRP, ERP, and Production Scheduling Software.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and quality improvement.
  • Strong ability to track production progress, manage timelines, and make data-driven decisions.
