Speech Model Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Speech Model Developer to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and audio processing, with expertise in developing and fine-tuning deep learning models for voice synthesis, speech recognition, and voice transformation.

Key responsibilities will include designing and implementing neural network architectures, collecting and preprocessing speech datasets, collaborating with product teams to integrate voice models into production systems, and performing evaluation and quality assurance of voice model outputs.

  • Design, develop, and fine-tune deep learning models for voice synthesis, including text-to-speech (TTS) and voice cloning.
  • Implement and optimize neural network architectures, such as Tacotron, FastSpeech, and WaveNet.
  • Collect, preprocess, and augment speech datasets to support model development and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice models into production systems and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Evaluate and improve voice model outputs through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience with Python and machine learning libraries, including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with speech/audio processing and relevant toolkits, such as Librosa, ESPnet, and Kaldi.
  • Understanding of deep learning concepts and model training processes.
Prioritized Qualifications:

While not required, prior experience with the following areas will be highly valued:

  • Deploying models to real-time applications or mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of data labeling, voice dataset creation, and noise handling techniques.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML infrastructure, such as AWS or GCP.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or published papers in speech/voice-related domains.
