Job Title: Model N Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to assume the role of Model N Specialist.

About The Position:

  • This is a highly specialized position requiring advanced expertise in the Model N Flex application.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various Model N Modules, including MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, and GP Programs.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX programming languages are essential.
  • Beyond technical abilities, this role demands exceptional analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4–5 years of experience working across multiple Model N modules.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX programming languages.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Cognos and BI Objects is an added advantage.
  • A strong background in collaborating with global delivery teams and product vendors.
  • Proven experience in Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.
  • Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certifications in Model N Flex and/or related technologies.
