Recruitment and Onboarding Manager

The HR Associate will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, manage open positions, coordinate freelance and full-time hiring processes.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct onboarding meetings, create official email IDs, distribute welcome kits, handle exits formalities, full & final settlements, access card recovery.
- Attendance & Employee Records Management: Daily attendance marking, leave tracking, updating HR master sheets, maintaining employee records, background verification for new joiners.
- Employee Engagement & Workplace Administration: Scheduling team-building activities, birthday and work anniversary acknowledgments, booking meeting rooms, ensuring office supplies are stocked.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Updating HR handbooks, policies, government-mandated guidelines, workplace health and safety policies, performance analysis policy updates, report generation.
- Employee Relations & Support: Handling employee concerns, workplace grievances, conducting training & development sessions, coordinating with external vendors.
- Miscellaneous HR & Admin Tasks: Ordering company merchandise, facilitating IT/software access, assisting in salary processing, beneficiary additions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's in HR or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
- Prior experience in HR operations is a plus.
