Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager for Bulk Sourcing to join our HR team. This role is pivotal in scaling our workforce efficiently and effectively, ensuring we meet our ambitious hiring goals while maintaining high standards in candidate quality and fit. The Recruitment Manager for Bulk Sourcing will lead the strategy and execution of large-scale recruitment drives and build strong talent pipelines to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
**Strategic Planning**
* Develop and implement comprehensive bulk sourcing strategies to meet the high-volume hiring needs of the organization.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and develop scalable sourcing plans.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the recruitment landscape.
* **Operational Excellence**
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring.
* Oversee the creation and placement of job advertisements across various channels.
* Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
**Team Leadership**
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes efficiency and innovation.
* Provide regular training and development opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities.
**Stakeholder Management**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
* Partner with external agencies and vendors to augment sourcing efforts and expand the talent pool.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.
**Candidate Experience**
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
* Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the candidate journey.
* Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Qualifications
*Educational Background*
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
**Experience**
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on bulk sourcing.
* Proven track record in managing high-volume recruiting campaigns within a fast-paced environment.
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy development.
* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

* Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
