Job Title: Support OPS Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Support OPS Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Sellers with financial related questions and ensuring they are addressed in accordance with policy.

The role is centered around ensuring consistent and fair evaluation of Seller inquiries, which is crucial for delivering world-class service.

  • Assist with deep dive and root cause resolution for FBA Merchant and seller reimbursement requests.
  • Evaluate research requests from FBA Sellers for lost and damaged inventory in a contact center environment (email/ticketing only, no phones).
  • Achieve weekly productivity and quality targets.

A typical day as a Support OPS Specialist includes:

  • Assisting with deep dive and root cause resolution for FBA Merchant and seller reimbursement requests.
  • Evaluating research requests from FBA Sellers for lost and damaged inventory in a contact center environment (email/ticketing only, no phones).
  • Achieving weekly productivity and quality targets.
Key Qualifications:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Background in payments or e-commerce.
Preferred Qualification:
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
