**Job Description**

As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' technology infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level support for various software applications, with a focus on Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Ensure effective support and delivery of system tools (SCCM, Intune) to facilitate a seamless transition to Windows 10.
  • Primarily own the EUC ticket queue, providing third-line technical support for IT incidents and problems, working closely with vendors as needed to investigate solutions.
  • Patch Management and Windows 10 Servicing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with customers in an advisory capacity around Modern Workplace, helping them create their workplace strategy.
  • Ability to apply advanced or expert knowledge in relevant technology solutions and strong business operational acumen in the context of clients' business.
**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Computer Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
  • Experience in providing voice-based technical support is desirable.
  • Experience of working with global customers is an asset.
