System Operations Specialist
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled System Operations Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders.
The successful candidate will provide dynamic support to critical business systems, collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
As a software detective, you will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an expert in application support methodologies.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to perform tasks efficiently.
- Make informed decisions as a team leader.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS is essential.
- Experience with cloud migration strategies, scripting, and automation is desirable.
- Strong understanding of application support methodologies.
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS is required.
- A full-time education spanning at least 15 years is necessary.
