Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus on key deliverables.
  • Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and a drive to win.
  • Proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, including analytics, quality assurance techniques, and data security tools.
  • Motivating yourself and possessing a high sense of urgency and personal integrity.
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation, maintaining various metrics and SLAs.
  • Defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support consistent, quality execution of monitoring and detection.
  • Understanding business needs and delivering high-quality, prompt, efficient service to the business.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and monitoring security tools and technologies related to DLP, incident management, etc.
  • Experience in security incident response lifecycle and its phases, handling, resolving data security incidents minimizing impact and responding to escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of various data security tools & techniques such as DLP, CASB, etc.
  • Knowledge of industry cybersecurity regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, HITRUST CSF, etc).
  • Knowledge of various operating systems including but not limited to Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
  • Advanced level knowledge of GDPR requirements and regulations.
