Network Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Information Security team as a Network Associate.

This entry-level position is ideal for those looking to launch their career in cybersecurity and wanting to gain hands-on experience in monitoring security tools and dashboards.

  • We require the successful candidate to monitor security tools and dashboards (SIEM, endpoint protection, firewalls) for suspicious activity.
  • The role involves performing initial triage and analysis of security alerts and escalating according to procedures.
  • A key responsibility will be documenting incidents accurately and maintaining clear records in the ticketing system.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS) and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
  • Familiarity with common cybersecurity tools and concepts (antivirus, phishing, malware, ransomware, SIEM)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts or on-call rotation if applicable
