Position Overview:

As a seasoned Senior Performance Marketer, you will lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels, developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is essential, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, focusing on digital channels like search and social media.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages and ad creatives.
  • Manage budgets to track spend against performance goals and optimize for cost-efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • A significant experience handling budgets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing efforts and meeting performance targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search and social media.
