  • We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the success of third-party sellers on our platform by providing them with tools, resources, and support.
  • You will enable internal teams to deliver on their responsibilities and goals by setting up processes, mechanisms, and tools for troubleshooting issues.
  • Key responsibilities include measuring seller satisfaction, sourcing, analyzing, and actioning feedback from sellers.
  • This role requires strong program management skills, strategic thinking, operational excellence, analytical skills, and a passion for helping businesses grow.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing comprehensive seller enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives.
  • They will also be responsible for identifying key seller pain points and opportunities, then designing scalable solutions and resources to address them.
  • In addition, you will drive the adoption of new features, tools, and services among sellers, and partner with product and engineering teams to advocate for seller needs.
  • Other key responsibilities include overseeing the creation and maintenance of high-quality content, monitoring and analyzing key seller performance metrics, and developing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
